Terms of use

These terms apply to the Curvano app and to curvano.app. By using Curvano you agree to them.

Ride safely

Curvano is a navigation aid, not a driver. Roads change, signs win over the map, and the speed limit shown is what the map data says, not a promise. You are responsible for riding within the law and within your abilities. Do not operate the app while riding beyond what is safe.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure; what happens under your account is yours. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, and everything attached to it goes with it.

Curvano Pro

Curvano Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store, monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel it in your Apple subscriptions. Apple handles payment, refunds and cancellation under its terms. Promo codes give Pro for the period they state and may be revoked if they were obtained or shared against their conditions. Features listed as "coming" arrive when they are ready; they are not part of the current offer.

Your content

Routes, rides, pictures and names stay yours. You give Curvano the right to store and show them to the people you share them with, and to nobody else. Do not upload pictures or names you have no right to use, or anything unlawful or hurtful. Curvano may remove such content and close the account.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping, no automated requests beyond what the app itself makes, no attempts to access other riders' data. Curvano rate-limits and may block traffic that looks like that.

Availability

Curvano is run by a small team and offered as it is. Sync, routing and group rides can be interrupted; recorded rides stay on your iPhone until they can be synced. Curvano is not liable for indirect damages, and its liability is limited to what you paid for Curvano Pro in the previous twelve months.

Privacy

How your data is handled is in the privacy policy. It is part of these terms.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the date above changes with them and material changes are announced in the app. Dutch law applies. Questions: support@curvano.app.
